That is a nice thread, I want to ask all the PW's to pray to Allah for well being of Pakistan.

MASHALLAH what a wonderful experience.
We used to live in Riyadh, and Makkah from there is around 900 Kms. Many times have travelled by road from Riyadh to Makkah..

Just a request !! If you can change the spellings from "Mecca" to "Makkah" in the title of your thread.
Its just a request, otherwise you can continue with your spellings as i dont want to start a disscussion on whos wrong and whos not.. You can also see every Sign Board Says = Makkah = 1282 Kms / 1465 Kms.. etc

Just for Reference::
The Saudi government adopted Makkah as the official spelling in the 1980s
The official transliteration used by the Saudi government is Makkah, which is closer to the Arabic pronunciation.

Done, actually the image taken from google earth is showing the spelling mecca (which is beyond my control) as you can see in map, i thought this way maximum number of persons can find this thread with spelling mecca, rest of the spelling is changed & image (Route to mecca) is removed.

Reached Riyadh at around 3pm. Take a break for lunch or dinner depending upon you entry time in Riyadh, try to avoid main city if you are not planning to stay.
