The first one converted to a motorcycle is a LADA, the fluffy one is an OKA.

I also see some Zyphers in there besides the Lada and other russian tin tanks. Russian auto industry is notorious for an apparent lack of modernism and innovation - not to mention the poor quality engines / mechanicals. I had the pleasure to drive a few while in Afghanistan, I thought they were from the late 70's or early 80's to my surprise they were manufactured in 2001.
