For buying an expensive mechanical part from 2nd hand parts market (like Bilal Gunj) it's even better to ask a reputable mechanic to use his own source, and then get that part replaced by the same mechanic. He is then responsible for any mishap.

Anyways, you can also pay a surprise visit to him by taking a couple of your friends/relatives, and pressurse him to take back the engine and refund your money. It's not that easy, but no harm in trying.

I am also trying to find some influential contact in bilal gunj. The only problem is that i am in sahiwal, and that thug also knows this.

The third one is youngest, with beard. His name is khan muhammad. The name of the shop is Peshawar Autos. Its near the corner of TB hospital and there is a shadi hall also. In front of his shop there is a juice cart. Most of the time the yongest guy sits on the shop. Inaam finals all deals and then keeps himself out of the scene and shop. When there is suspected customer he comes into the shop out of nowhere.
Haji sab sits there to calm angry customers. He keeps on rounding tasbih all the time.

This won't solve the matter.
I agree with capsat, Actually i came to know the following.

As this practice is a common norm among all bilal gunj shop keepers. Most of the time people go to them and fight with them.
They rais some kind of fund, that they give to a lawyer. Whenever their is some fight, first of all all the shopkeepers gather suddenly and will out number you, even if you are 20 to 30 people. They will get together and beat you, If you approach the law, they will not come to the court. Only thier lawyer will come. This will wast your time and money both. So becarefull before taking that step.

I pondered a lot on this matter and at last i decided that others should be aware.
whenever you go to these people don't pay them until you agree on terms and conditions and warranties or unless you are satisfied with whatever you are looking for. Tell them straight that you will only pay if you are satisfied.

You will not believe that i have spent 100000 till now on this stupid engine and on the after affects till now.

Last time i swapped an engine from Rawalpindi. The place is calle mithu khan ahata. It was also 4afe. I put that engine in my 88 corolla 5 years ago. There is a guy Called Qazi Sher Ahmad. A true gentleman. He did not backed out until i was satisfied with the performance of the engine. The engine was so good that on motorway it gave me 18km/L milage. I still regard that person. I still have very good friendship with him. Many a times he has sent me parts from pindi to sahiwal. And in these 5 years he has kept the business neat and clean.
These guys were also pashtuns and looked like him. i miss judged them. And now i regret.

always visit junk yards with a reference, a friend or a mechanic who visits that place and shop alot and personally knows them.
randomly walking to a place and dealing with them is at 100% risk
always check for the price of new parts before going to them. else they would sell u a rust old part for more then what a new one sells

remember be wise ...... try to settle down with dialogues through some respectable personality of market..... i know if you just try to quarrel ..... most probably ALL FOR ONE & ONE for ALL... so no use..... you will end up with phenti & police case after which as usual sula

being neutral.... they could have known of truth but you were there to buy a used machinery spare which in whole pakistan no oe gurantees especially from a place you bought. All bad happened to you was due to your own negligence & trusting upon word of mouth which you shouldn't had.
