Thinking of buying 1977 Mercedes Benz 240D

Is this type of merc worth buying and restoring my budget is around 3lac for restoration but I don't have the slightest clue on where to find mechanics for it I have heard that only authorised Mercedes showrooms know how to deal with these cars. Any advice would be appreciated

@Xulfiqar saheb is the Beacon of this forum, He can guide you better but remember he always suggest to dirty hands and work yourself on your car. Minimum he want all members to act educated work supervisor to your mechanic. He always suggest never agree to your tin box ustaad about his rant and stories of chalis sal ka tajarba pandra sal kuwait ka workshop bullshit
