I will try removing the space as well But All i fear about the side wall because on load side walls get damage.

I was reading some old posts on the similar topic yesterday, and some members had recommended Desi Coils / Springs, instead of .5", etc. Packing (desi springs are quite hard).

I will first go for tyres change, coupled with upsizing, IN SHA ALLAH (with / without rims change), then I will see whether I need packing, springs / coils, etc. Or not, by seating 3 adult passengers on back seats. If tires will touch wheel arches / sleeves, then definitely, upraising of car will be reqd.

Well, now a days, I am keenly observing some Vitzs with upsize tires, etc. And I have personally observed that 185/65/R14 seems somewhat reasonable, but 185/70/R14 seems too much heighted (in both cases, without packing, springs, etc.)

I have seen a video on you tube a car vlogger from sindh.

He ha used bigger springs in suspension to resolve clearance issue without spacers.

Not yet with full load but with 4 on board it is okay, as i m having 0.5" spacer

Springs require extra length shocks.
Big size tyres damage sheilds.
I dont think any suitable solution exists.

There is only one solution to this you all have to be very patient and cross these CAR Breakers dead slow just like I use to do.

There is a limit. On some speed breaker we are helpless. I dont know why they make 2 feet high speed breaker. These type of speed breakers are not intended to break speed instead to break vehicle.

Bro, I am using 33-35 psi in all of the 04 stock tires, 165/70/R14, and not facing any issues. Yes, a lot may depend on driving conditions, no. of persons in the ride, condition and size of tires, etc. too.

I was going through Vitz manual for Japan today, and came to know following from the manual:

I am not expert with Japanese language and this manual applies to almost all applicable Toyota Vitz trims / variants, however it seems as when tire size / rim size increases, TP decreases (so as to accommodate ride comfort, I think). The different tires and sizes are there, depending on 1.0L, 1.3L, 1.5L, etc.

165/70/R14 Vs. 185/65/R15 make a difference, and 33-35 psi in 165/70/R14 in Vitz Vs. 185/65/R15 in Vitz, will make a huge difference in ride comfort, I believe.

As discussed, I would suggest to start from let's say, 30 psi to 32 psi. Drive for some days and experience the fuel efficiency and ride comfort, then do the same thing after some days for 33 psi, etc. There will be a certain psi, where there will be balance between ride comfort and fuel efficiency. When you will cross that limit, fuel economy may become slightly better, however, ride comfort will be gone. And you will feel your ride highly uncomfortable, bumpy, you will feel even slight jerks, etc.

I would suggest that you select a value based on your experience. If 32 psi suits OK, if 33-34 psi suits, again OK. But do not over-inflate. Ride can become extremely stiff, suspension may start getting hurt, and undue / excessive wear and tear of tires may start at over-inflation of tires.
