Yes It is a CVT problem, most probably. It's called Minor Engine Braking. It can be fixed if you take action timely.

Does this braking happen below speed of 40km/h?
Has this problem started after changing CVT fluid?

Below 20km/h some times at 10km/h. I havent changed the cvt oil since i have bought the car. It odo reading is 35000km.

Shell VPower cleaner is not for CVT. That's a fuel cleaner for engine.

Usually braking effect appears when i lift the foot from gas pedal. And speed starts dropping as the speed hitts below 20-15 km braking appears

Ok. Put gear in S at 40km/h speed and then let it come to 15-2km/h. Check if braking happens and let me know.

However, when I apply the filter of Toyota Vitz, 2015 model, look what does the website says:

According to this, neither Toyota CVTF-TC, nor CVTF-FE, is suitable for Toyota Vitz, 2015 model.

Now an interesting thing:

It is giving me an option to select ride, and check whether it fits or not. When I enter Toyota Vitz, 2015 model, see, what does it say:

Now see, what I found written on the CVTF Inlet bolt in engine bay (Please pardon the poor photographs. I took them around 7:25 p.m. tonight, in the torch light, after coming back from office, but they will be self-explanatory):

Toyota Vitz 1.0F (Manufactured: November, 2015) has FE written on CVTF Inlet Bolt!

I think, there is something wrong with the website. Pakwheels management should seriously look for such issues and rectify them accordingly. If CVTF-TC and CVTF-FE does not fit Toyota Vitz, 2015 model, then which CVTF fits it?

(I do not know of any other Toyota genuine CVTF, other than TC or FE, and one of these 02 must fit JDM Toyota Vitz, 2015 model.)

Rightly said. May be, its the case, but I personally think that more responsibility lies with Pakwheels, and they must counter-check, otherwise, I fear they may lose potential buyers.
