Brother vitz uses 1krfe engine in its yaris which is sold in europe and canada australia where the regular fuel is ron95. Same engine equiped in vitz is sold in japan where regular ron is 89. These modern cars ecu atomatically controls ignition according to fuel ron. But the problem here is fuel quality.
Bro I am not sure, however, I think that some RFID chip had been affixed there, OR, some sticker had been affixed to hold DVR / Camcorder (for recording drive).
Is your car equipped with automatic headlights? It is there in my Aqua too, and I am not sure about it either. Either it is a sensor for auto headlights, or it can be the Toll collection thingy.
Are there any electrical connections / small wires with it too? Or is it just some isolated thing?

Brother the sensors for autohead lights are in the ac vents of dashboard.
It can be related to gps system or radar system. Many times an announcement is made through my sound system that sun us about to set plz turn your head lights but the sensor for that system is in ac vents.
I am not sure about the electrical connections, will have to go take a look. Did ur Vitz also come with auto headlights?
My car's headlights turn on themselves, when it's dark. This feature is present in most Aquas I have seen. There is nothing like announcement in my car.
