Bhai for local use in this traffic mess one should get small car of like 660cc or 1000cc than Mercedes...just my opinion

It has the toyota safety sense, multimedia steering, push start, fog lights, auto headlights. No idea what the top variant means? Its the basic F model.

Issue is market is so high. In hatchbak other options are passo (not preferred as I had a passo whih gave me alot of grief), new cultus or new picanto, both of which are small for family use. Dad is adamant on only going for hatchback. Also unlikely to change the car again for atleast 5 years so need something reliable and comfortable.

The more is the price, more will be the features.

Since May 2018, F M Package is the most basic one in 1000 cc Vitz, and top of the line is Jewela Smart Stop Package.

Since January 2019, 1000 cc Vitz is available with Safety Edition III in F Package.

In that case, if finances are not an issue, and hatchback is the only option, then ypu may go for Vitz.

Still, I am not saying to go for this particular Vitz in 25~26 lac PKR.

I have said time and again; I have no idea about market prices of cars. It might be possible that 2018~2019 model Vitz, with auction Grade 4.5 / above costs 25~26 lac PKR, and its the market price, still, to me, its not worth going.

When a person has 25~26 lac PKR, then he usually prefers to go for a Sedan, or SUV, etc. Hatchback is the last option which he may think about.

Which coolan is best for 1.0 vitz .How to change coolant. Shoul i refill it. How much will be required to fill as it is below low level. I think only 500 ml will be required as coolant box is small......All suggestions will be highly appreciated...

IMO, you may go for any of the Coolants by ZIC, Caltex, Aisin, Honda, Toyota, Suzuki, etc. I.e. Genuine Coolants.

If you want best value to money, then Caltex Coolant all the way!

Osaka, Guard, Nagasaki, etc. Coolants may be sincerely avoided.

Since you haven't mentioned the model year, odo reading, etc. Of your vehicle, so I will be replaying as how to completely change the Coolant:

Open the drain tap and let all the coolant go out. Do it when the car is cold.

Fill in the demineralised / deionised water, and if you would like to go for a Radiator flush; add radiator flush material in it. Close the cap, start the engine and let it idle for at least 10~15 minutes. Ensure that there are no air bubbles inside and also fill the reservoir bottle.

Also turn the heater ON, so that it flows in the heater cores too. After that, Turn the AC ON too, while doing it so that Radiator fans also come playing their roles. After 10~15 minutes, drain everything.

Drain everything, and repeat these steps 2~3 times with simply water (demineralised / deionised water) so that everything gets flushed.

At the end, pour in coolant + water in 50:50 ratio in radiator, as well as reservoir bottle. Start the engine, let the cap remain open for sometime, and see and check that whether air comes out or not.

When temperature gauge is in the middle, or, Blue light for cold engine goes OFF, let it run for sometime, remove any / all air, turn OFF the engine and close the cap.

To me, this seems a reasonable way for radiator flush.

For refilling / top up, simply buy an Aisin / Toyota genuine coolant (with coolant already premixed, i.e. it already has the coolant + water in 50:50 ratio) and fill up to the mark.

It will prove slightly costly, but will be hassle free.

Regarding the quantity I am not sure, but may be, around ~1L may be reqd.

And when the radiator flushing is done (in fact otherwise too), ensure that fan is on Auto and not direct.

Lastly, don't forget to change the radiator cap in the end.

AOA. Got the vitz Alhamdullilah. Hatchback was the only way to go due to some family issues. I have two more questions.
1. How to turn off auto headlights (they remain on even after pressing the autoheadlight button and manual headlight controls)
2. How to change navigation language (stock pioneer avic-rw300 2016 unit as far as I can tell). Or even check if it has bluetooth? Bluetooth is the important bit as I cant find it

No idea dear as my vehicle came without any android head unit. And I have not experienced till date, any JDM Head unit in Japanese language.

Well, you can try disconnecting the -ve terminal of the battery for about an hour or so, and then re-connect. May be, it helps (Although it does not seem that it'll help, as issue lies somewhere else).

Best would be to have it checked by some competent electrician, may be via OBD II Tool too; as there seems to be some minor electrical / mechanical issue with the headlight controls.

Is there any mechanic in Lahore who has basic knowledge as
1. Vehicle levelling.
2. Temperature detection mode.
3. Filling through right inlet.
I think that Refill method is the right one, opening pan is not safe..

Where to get genuine Cvt oil in Lahore. At good price.
How much quantity will needed according to your experience.

They will drain, measure and refill same quantity but they don't have equipment for temperature detection mode.
