This has happened with me 2nd time in two different 150

Ok so the problem is that the front brake lever wiring is causing short circuit .
Yesterday it happened with me that during the traffic jam i smelt burning of wire from bike upon inspecting the front brake wiring was burning so i cut off the piece
The second incident happened few mnth back on another 150 same issue n thr complete wiring was messed up (burned )

So i showed up at showroom,they said to remove brake wirings to avoid the problem

The connections of wires with that switch is too poor. While routine cleaning the bike there are chances that your will break these wires exposing them to be shortened with body earth.
I have applied hot silicon to strongly hold the cable and chances of breaking and shortening have minimized.
