Why dont you do it yourself? Just buy carb cleaner for 200 and you can do it yourself thrice with that spray... With the help of a toothbrush

Manual dont hv throttle body cleaning schedule. . .did u done it at 40k kms n price they charged?

yeah I got it done @ 40k kms maintenance service from dealership. The complete service package with parts etc costed me like 30 to 35k.
But for cleaning the throttle body alone, i think the will charge you 1500 to 2k.

They replaced all the fluids i.e. brake oil, gear oil, engine oil + filter, air filter, cabin AC filter, brake pads & brake shoes, wheel alignment, throttle body cleaning, spark plugs cleaning & in the end some callibrations from their honda software plus labour & taxes etc.

Its probably due to ever increasing traffic on road, avg speed/h has decreased and waiting time in traffic jams and on red lights has increased with ac continousely working. Driving style might be a factor as well, as people drive new cars carefully and avoid sudden acceleration and braking.

Reset trip meter and take a long drive, I am sure it will give mileage similar to when it was new and you will be a happy man.
