Jawadjee the fluctuating Rpm might be true but I had the Throttle Body cleaned at Toyota Islamabad Motors and had no problems afterwards and also had the tappets adjusted after I don't really remember the mileage and still had no problems.

Yes I agree with you kingvirgo80 that the throttle body's are more advance these days rather than the mechanical one's and I suggest that go to Toyota motors and get it cleaned rather getting in this hustle and bussel.I also had it cleaned on my Toyota Corolla Gli 2011 model and it has to be serviced again.And I am planning to get it serviced at Toyota motors this Saturday.Regards Huzaifa.
