Tint Permit and Sun Shades

Yeh skin issue ka certificate kisi private doctor sy lena hoga ya government?

As far as I know, for tinted windows, either a medical certificate from Govt. Hospital / Govt. Clinic is reqd. on the basis of which NOC will be issued, or, you must have a severe and genuine reasons that your life is in danger and NOC issued directly from MoI.

Both are serious issues, but work no more now, as National Security comes first and at priority.

Medical certificates by Semi Govt. / Autonomous, or private hospitals are invalid, and Govt. hospitals do not issue them.

In case of Islamabad, Govt. hospitals (might be all hospitals / clinics in Islamabad) have strict orders from DC Islamabad to not issue medical certificates for tints, and I think, same goes for other cities and provinces too.

Another reason seems to me is, people misuse certificates, and that also might be the reason that medical certificates issuance has been stooped (Medical certificate, and on its basis, NOC can be easy to get, and to curb it, they have stopped issuing them).

So, as per current rules and as per my limited knowledge, no sort of tint is legal and allowed for general public, nor are Windows shades, blinds, etc.

Whether one likes it or not, has skin issues or otherwise, a rule is a rule; a person must accept it and it must be obeyed and followed.

Govt hospital se lna pry ga pr vo shaid issue na krein kiu k strictness kafi hogai h agr apka koi braa reference h to me kch ni ke skta. If LEAs overlook and do not stop on tinted glass / paper, it may not mean that the action is correct.

And in the very beginning of this thread (of course created by you), you have mentioned:

At some instances, even the shades aren't tolerated.

They stop the car, ask you to remove them, and sometimes, also do challan.

I have seen it happening at least here in Islamabad, multiple times, especially at entrance points of the city.
