Will the tint paper on rear windscreen of a sedan cause any damage to the defogger?

It won’t until you remove it.

Few cons: it will become dull over time and lose effectiveness.
Adhesive is low quality so residue left after removing can seriously cause a mess (and may cause damage to defogger when removing)

Best way is to buy a 500rs rear blind.

When there is Fixed blinds available then why to waste money on tinting.

As tinting is Illegal and cannot be removed when needed i.e. at night and cloudy weather.

in the last it will damage defogger when you will remove it else there will be no harm to defogger
