Tiny bubbles in radiator all time

Dear PW Fellows,

I am facing issue related to radiator of caby cultus 2003. The reservoir bottle get filled with water but it is not sucked back when car gets cooled. Thermostat valve has just removed as it was stuck open and radiator fan is auto. radiator is serviced and new cap has installed.
I have shared the video for a better demonstration for the issue (Suzuki Cultus Carby bubbles in radiator - Video Dailymotion) so please suggest what could be reason for this. I know there is some leak in cooling system but couldn't trace it. issue is I need to fill up the radiator next day because water is not sucked back from reservoir where as tiny bubbles are continuously appearing in radiator. Is it the head gasket issue? but no symptoms as car starts normal, pick is fine, no smoke and oil is clean.

but there are no symptoms. plugs are clean, no water / oil mixing and car starts and run smooth.

hmmm.
so head gasket job is required. can someone provide any estimate and what are precautions and other things to keep in mind?
I don't want to get ripped by mechanic and also don't want him to do improper or incomplete job so which things to be done / check for head gasket?

also I have heard that some mechanics install double head gasket. is it a good idea and does it reduce chances for blown gasket?

Brother dont have any idea but ye yad rakhna k head surface jis pe gasket ne bhetna hota ha wo sheesha honi chayie means no rough edges... Otherwise gasket sahi nahi behte gi oor leakage k chances phir b rahay gai... For mechanics search PW forum u will surely found some reliable contacts

Judging by the rusty tap water, the block might need replacement too, especially if there is no thermostat installed and fan is direct.

Today visited two different mechanics. Both are suspecting head gasket replacement. Strange thing is none of them tried to find any leakage but by seeing radiator told me to go for head gasket replacement.

any one can judge the condition of head gaskit by seeing radiator bubbles.. no rocket science
