if you are talking abt a minor shifter seal leak then leave it..

although it should be repaired ideally..
just top up the gear oil after some time.
opening and repairing it will cost you a lot in labor charges and time..although the seal cost is very cheap..
My baleno shifter seal is having a very minor leakage, 1- drop per week/ month, but it didnt affect the gear performance and i asked for multiple opinions.

i agree,plus opening gear box for just a seepage under gear shift lever will make your gear box sound imperfect.

Guys i want to change the colour of speedo meter back ground and gauge needles of baleno... tell me what should i do? i want its back ground colour WHITE and gauge needles in red... @ skill and only faith... kindly advise..

One think I noticed that previously self was taking load while cranking the engine when there was no gear oil. but after topping it up self became perfect and engine is also now starting without any load. Is there any relation between the two??

It is in my Factory Fitted CNG baleno 2005,
then why mechanics put that tape to block the air,
if i remove the tape and adust accordingly, thenwill it work fine ?

cz right now, im facing problems,
gari chalte chalte ek dam jhatka maarti he, aur zor k patahay ki awaz ati he, which is most probably from air filter box, maybe isi motor, ki wajah se air block ho jati ho,

Can anyone help ???

ok thnxx bro... sure ll close it.... wats the function of the motor type thing inside the air filter box????????? it was disconnected....... connected its terminal..... wats it for???????????????? was working well even without it connected.........

In 2003 and onward baleno, there is already a system installed in air filter housing which block the air when engine operated on cng,so threre is no need to block the air.

This is a shortcut method to balance air & fuel ratio incase of cng,but it is not necessary.

check coils.... change plugs....... this is wat i did wen i had this problem... n since then it is fine mashALLAH ..... if ur coils or plugs r damaged then u gonna feel a real difference after changing them.......

according to my recent experience........ wen i removed the blockage fully........ car wasnt good enuf......... blocked almost the half of it and it leaves me satisfied..... removing it fully caused RPM drops and low performance comparatively...... so i think half blocked is fine...... rest..........to the experts skill and onlyfaith..........

brother i think you can remove the air blockage and run it without air blockage, however for to avoid frequent tuning i would keep it blocked.. ( just my personal experience, no scientific reason for this..)

i read it on a forum... wats a flywheel???????....
light weighting of the flywheel. This is done for better throttle response and also get horsepower gain. The stock flywheel is ~7.5kilos(!!!) lightening around 4-5.5 kilos will be great for the car plus the engine will rev much easier under all conditions of acceleration and braking.
