Me ne bhi Baleno buy ki hai 1 month back. 1st owner car Clifton ki. For 445k. It was in tip top condition but usper bhi aaj take 25k laga chuka hun here and there chotay chotay kaam

One word of advise is k allways gor for replacement of part machinist sy repair yr mechanic ki jugar py mat jana
Replacing the part may cost u a bit more but it will save u money and tention in longer run.
And for the conditionu described keep a budget of 120k in mind.
Baleno parts arent that cheap jaisayvk market ma.suxuki ko samjha jata.

salam abid bhai, mujhy apni gari completly checkup karwana hai cng per working nai ker rahi someone says (mamoo) kai 02 coils change kerni paraigi jo spark plug mai lagti hain it will cost around 2600 per piece, also several time change fuel pipe also change the clips for pipe tight but fuel come out and there is too much fuel smell while driving, secondly power staring sometimes getting hard while driving. please need your expert advise or give me anyone best mechanic/electrician where will solve all the issues in one roof.

Mamoo is an excellent person for cng. Wo jo kah raha hai krwa len. Cng per coils ko acha current dena hota hai tou he chalti hai car. Coils side wali lagwa len jaise meri baleno me hain. Works best. Pic attached

I need help from expert or any budy experienced. Acctully i have baleno 2004 jxr , & the problem is its brake are totally Bakvas. Its hand brake also don't work even i have change the rear drum brake leather & even polished the drum several times , but its of no use . Now I'm thinking to change may rear drum brakes to Disk brakes. So any body expert can please tell whether should i change my drum to disk will it work to my hand brake & foot brake. How much difference will i be feeling after coversion of brakes? And please also tell how much it will cost to me to change drum brakees to disk brakes.

bro can you please guide me a little about the EFI system, this is my first time i have bought a car with EFI system, i am not sure about how EFI works, how conversion works from petrol to cng or cng to petrol, i have that efi cars needs petrol to start the engine than thay automatically convert to cng, what is this?? and if it works like this what if there is no petrol in the car or what if i want to run on petrol only but as i heard it will automatcally convert to CNG? how can i then drive on total petrol.

Efi is electronically controlled system. There is a computer fitted in each car (called ECU)which gives signals for each operation. There is no carburetor but fuel injectors. Baleno have 4. Each injector injects fuel inside to burn. The operation of injectors is governed by ECU that when to supply fuel and how much. By default all ecu are programmed to run only on petrol as they are japani cars. So all cars need petrol to start always. And once started an emulator (device) is attached which cuts supply from fuel injectors and turns on the cng setup. This device actually fools the ECU that all is OK whereas the injectors are actually off! That's why cars start on petrol always. Its just in very easy way I have explained to you. There are many technicalities and sensors involved too

thnks for guidance @abid110 , just a question what if i start the car then i dont want to run on cng , i want to run on petrol at that time , how it will works if the cng is automatic start

Just keep the cng switch to petrol. Thts it. Car will alwats run on petrol

I have a problem that my Baleno is running on 3 cylinders since last day. Today i have checked it throughly and found that the ignition coil point marked as "X" in circle for cylinder No 2 is not properly working. Some times it give current and sometimes not. Finally I traced that wire "B" in the picture have no connectivity with other wires. As same wire with 2nd coil mention in picture as " D" have resistance of 164K ohm to the wire "C". Any one have wiring diagram of Baleno 2005 JXR to help me out. I have these coils with eachother then also same cylinder has no ignition. It confirmed tha the there is no issue with spark plug, wire and coil.
Moreover cable "B" also checked for damage till ecu.
