abid sb. is there any solution to have the original led watch working, in my car it works but only visible at night. and some times it shine so bright that it can be seen easily in day light but mostly no. and i have checket it once while replacing c-d player, no lose connection or broken grip.

mine has completed its life too. so its off since i bought this car. so i have put in a local chinese digital clock. but since it have no illumination so useless at night

auto is the way to go sir, i have a wire in my fuse boc, which can be shorted with relay to make fan direct and fan wil be on auto if wire removed.
but i prefer auto. temp gauge sits in middle no hanky phanky.

i remember i got one multiflow made by Shua in almost new condition in only 1800 rupees, and installed in my baleno gti, never had any problems, no load and chilling, rest of the equipment was all original, the denso piston compressor, chilling like anything

i suggest, that you try to gather parts one by one, clean the ac lines properly, find a multiflow condensor in good condition, get your compressor rechecked and work according to factory specs, hopefully your issue shall be resolved.

At last my baleno’s AC is working perfectly masha Allah... the main culprit was chocked expansion valve. Cooled gas was not flowing to evaporator due to faulty expansion valve. Went to many AC wala jugaari’s but at last found Mr. Aslam owner of Irfan sons AC center in walton opposite Packages mall. He found the fault and fixed it.

He is a very experienced and most of all imaandar banda hai. He changed drier also as pressure valve was leaking. Compressor and condenser was ok.

Abid bro, I have changed that temprature sensor in my efi cultus last year. Sometimes, my radiator fan was not turning on and heat gauge was going to H side. I purchased that sensor from suzuki dealership in Rs 5700.
Anyway, my problem was still there and now i have changed the wire from ecu to radiator fan relay. I hope now my problem will be solved​

rehan bhai my issue was same in baleno. it worked very fine on auto fan. but suddenly its kaanta used to cross 70-80% mark and its like a killer when stuck in traffic and nowhere to go. so i went for direct fan setup and its working good. irrespective of issues with direct fan, i am atleast not having heating up issues at all Allah ka shukar. with ac, kaanta remains at 50% or below.

yar see my post above this one. ye mera issue tha. ab kya krta yar direct krana para. kabli miltay hain temp sensors unka khud kuch nahi pata k kitna chale huey hain etc

@RehanBhatti bhai 5700 me temp switch? wow! so why it did not solve the issue? kaanta phir upar jata hai aur fan ON nahi hota?

Actually, the wire which sends signal from ecu to radiator fan relay is partially broken somewhere.
So, I took another wire and bypassed that factory wire from ecu to fan relay. I also installed an emergency ON OFF switch in my dashboard for radiator fan which i turn ON in afternoon​

and that wire can be fitted by anyone? and does that new temp sensor working fine and making the car remain at half of temp guage?

Mere baleno ka fan pehlay fully auto tha ab semi auto hai
Ac walay ne esay set keya hai k ab jb ac ka fan chlay ga mtlb jb ac chlay ga tb radiator ka fan bhe on hojayega.this is one of the best solution is se average par b zada fark nae parta or gari overheat b nae hote....gari overheat hone ke sbb se bare wajah weak engine hai agar engine sahe hai tou radiator leakage ya metal pipe jo engine k around hota hai wo b aksar leak hojata hai i have faced all these issues bt still completely mere baleno ka radiator fan direct nae keya kbhe kyunk zarurat nae pare infact sardeyun men ye direct connection wala fan engine plus average donun ka nuqsan karta hai

@ahmed_pak bhai share your issues here first. hum sab aap ko help out kren ge. dusri baat, mechanic koi acha nahi hota. sab kahin na kahin aa k loot leta hai

New sensor working great. And I installed that bypass wire myself. You can do it urself.just trace the ground wire from fan relay and keep its color code in mind then find same wire at ecu. Peel off that wire skin from very close to ecu (dont cut it) and join there bypass wire. Now take that bypass wire all the way to fan relay and join it to ground wire there( same as u joined at ecu).
Its radiator fan bypass surgery.

Mine is auto and alhamdolillah no issues till this very day.
