Can anyone tell me what is the difference between these coils for Baleno and which one is better on both petrol and CNG?
both engines are same. the first picture is having genuine factory coils over the plug setup and same coils are in Liana/Swift too - the second picture is of coils fitted on side of engine and 4-plug-wires are coming out over the plugs.this is an after market setup and not genuine factory fitted one. my baleno is a 2004 model and have second wala setup - it runs very good on petrol+cng. but there is a myth or i dont know what that all mechanics say to install side wali coils if running is on cng.
if the coils are in good condition, it doesnt matter if they are tappet cover mounted or side mounted.
Btw these cars run really nice on 10w30 caltex.

If engine is in good nick then use it, if its been run on 20W50 since years so better don’t experiment.
Do you recommend to use 10w30 caltex in 2005 baleno with 55k odo? Currently i am using shell 10w40 but m not satisfied with it. N BTW how much is recommended oil change interval for 10w30?
i am using it in cultus and margalla. both have g series engines similar to baleno. it should be fine for baleno too. 55k is not too much mileage, if you don't like it, you can always move back to your old choice of oil.
we change it at about 3500

the bottles come with a code that you can verify with your cell phone, so it doesn't matter where you buy it. I am not a resident of isb so i can't really say
This is a very good advice.I was using 20w50 from a lot of years, and recently changed to 10w40. The car immediately started decreasing engine oil. Now though I have reverted back to 20w50, but the problem still persists.
Better get your engine valve seals and oil rings checked they will be shot.
If the engine reduces oil, it doesnt mean it will blow up. Just top it up.
Any expert in Peshawar to change the valve seal of Engine ?

Guys, my Baleno's RPMs started fluctuating at idle so I took out the throttle body, cleaned it and then put it back but the problem was still there so I changed the throttle body. Now, the idle RPMs are smooth but the car is giving jerks mostly 2-3K RPM. I'm guessing the coils have given up. @capsat @Xulfiqar @dani_kk @xenerking @SER_GTR @abid110 please advise
mean....the missing is only between 2-3K RPM....after than it become smooth??
if so then i suggest u to check on injectors....
get them cleaned...or replaced
