When new struts are put into service they need to be pumped abt 10 times.
Another issue on small cars like baleno, if suspension was ever worked on and mechanics tightened them on hanging wheels, the car will be very hard, as the rubber bushings act like torsion springs.
Release all bolts from arms, then tighten down at ready to drive height.
If any rubber bushing in an arm is too perished, it will also cause jarring as the arm pivot will vibrate.
Use a strong lever to check all rubber parts.
Also remember that aftermarket is not equal to factory original. The KYB parts installed at factory are not sold as aftermarket part.
You can shop for OE ride quality parts, but its a failed exercise in Pakistan because they are more expensive than regular cheap ones.
