first question... well as i dint meet him so i can't give any comment about him...it was a really difficult job to find a trust worthy and sincere mechanic...my one friend is principle of vocational training institute and they have all facilities to overhaul an engine (and that was free of charges for me, i mean labor charges) but i dint go there cause i feel the staff would surely don't like to get in this hassle without any incentive...

third question... well engine is done...so now i can't take the pictures of pistons, valves, water body, gas kit, jane kit etc etc:P

fourth question...after getting a complete bill, this thinking blink in my mind that what if i would sell my current engine before overhauling and include this 28000 RS in it and could get a 1.6 gti engine...but...to be honest it is a great fuss, with all legal issues and price decrease of your car, you shall suffer a great tension...and btw i dont know for how much your g13b would sell and about the new engine price...

and one mistake by me about overhaul cost...exclude 5450/- rs from 28000/- cause 5450/- rs is the cost of clutch and pressure plate and throw spring which is certainly not part of overhaul.
get car parts from green suzuki autos at mutgomri road...they are molvee people...so u can expect honesty from them.

Wapas bro! As i requested you to kindly quote the prices and brands of engine parts u bought ie, piston>brand>price rings>brand>price main bigends>..>.. Valves>..>.. Joint kit>..>.. Valve guides,valve seals,h/gaskit,oil pump,sleeves etc. Kindly tell me the laboure rates aswell . Crank grinding? Head facing? If you also provide me your cell number i ll call u hopefully. I had little noise in my car doors they are set now as i got them adjusted by a denter.you should check your doors like in ki adjustment harab ho gayee ho gi wahan se jhan ja ke darwaza baithta hay is ko desi nomenclature main "TALAY" kehtay hain agar ye hai tou 10 min ka kam hay 100 /150 may ho jayay ga.2ndly darwaza kholo is ko pakar ker up down hilao agar in mai lachak feel ho tou doors ki pins "QABZAY"kharab hain yeh 2/4 gantay ka kam hay aur 500 tak fix ho ga.
About tyres im fedup with 14 size rims n tyres im planing 2 go 4 13size barry tyres ful turn main power steering pe loud dal rhay hain.
Keep this in ur mind while changing tyres waisay kaee log 15 b use kartay hain .

or shock problem k baray me be batao k us ka kia karu .. drive side wala boht naram hai or left side wala boht hard hai .. jab zoor se brake maro to halki se gari agay se right se nichay beth te hai . or i think mere right wala shock jump me tak tak be karta hai .. or pechay se be gari behte huwe hai .. mene bilal gung me ak machanic ko check karwa tha to us ne ka k ap ka agla right wala shock kharab hai or baki 3 spring dalne walay han baki 3 shock thek hai .. jab k mene phr apne ak machanic ko check karwaya to usne mujay kaha k bahiya spring ko kabi kuch nahi hota woh sirf tot tay hi han or kuch nahi hota ... ab ap mujay batao k me kia karu ..

Yaar i have Baleno 2003 as well. " Check Engine " warning is coming i dont know why. I went to Suzuki Service center today and the mechanic did just the basic checking and also cleaned the air filter sensor and said there is nothing to worry about unless there is any problem while driving or starting.
Car is running smooth and there is no problem apparently.
Please help.

^c if theres initial missing on petrol. it would be okay above 1500-2000 rpm but ur car wud do missing on initial acceleration, Cng pe pata nae chale ga. if thats the case ur cars Calm shaft sensors either dead or wiring has issue.

i'm facing so much problem in my baleno car "car is so much missing and other problem is that when i drive the car and if i use the brake then rpm of my car decreases and car also heatup then car stop and then when i start, it takes time to start then after some minutes the car again that type of problem"
so please give me advice that what should i do .. and which macanic is perfect for solve that types of problems..the car have been computerized checked but the computer could not find out the problem...Please Help me

bhai sb can you give me any idea about economy rate of baleno on CNG??? as i told you before i have gotten 2005 JXR with company fitted CNG kit...(i think FF CNG has 55kg cylinder)...please tell me what millage it can give in city and on long route with and with out AC(in full tank)

My baleno 2004 does 200 km per cylinder. It comes up to almost 2.0-2.1 Rs per KM.

Aik aur problem agya ha actually my car is full of problems so main jab bhi drive karta hon tention hi rehti ha ... kher problem ye ha ke 1st gear main agar zayda race de ke pedal se payon uthao to engine jab wapis slow hota ha aik dam to ""tak """ki awaz ati ha aur 1st gear ma jab uthaton gari zayda race ke sath tab bhi ""tak"" hoti ha engine se ... mujhe ye awaz hood se hi ati ha kis chez ki hosakti ha any idea sir? foundation to ni hil gaya ya koi mounts etc ? what do u say ? waiting for ur reply..

I had the same problem, There were 2 noises, you could feel them under your feet aswell, the second one was shrill. I spent 7K on it and problem was'nt gone. One mechanic identified "connecting END" to be the problem. He got them pressed by kharadia and problem is gone.

Chosen1 bhai sb apki aur hassan ki " tak" mai faraq hay its 95% air filter blast when acceleration n deacceleration in hassan case coz broken mounts dont sound often just give jerk 2 engine while up n down acceleration (personal broken mount exp)
