I have check the vacuum pipe it is completed ok. But this brake issue happen sometime not regular.

There is no issue in the steering wheel.

I have find a problem but not yet confirm. There is a minor leakage in the throttle body. There is a sealant where the throttle body attached. It was in bad condition. I remove that sealant and contact as metal to metal seal. Now it work fine but lets have a test drive then i will update on the mentioned issue.

I am using Toyota red colour. Costly but it is really good
I have tired others they are just colours and distilled water that's my point of view but I recommend L

If u have not used coolant for long time then it is recommended that you use distilled water or air conditioners drain water that is best distilled water .
When you will pour coolant many small leaks will come alive because coolant will remove rust.

well....normally the sensor itself dont need cleaning, the vacuum tube is attached to a valve going to engine., just spray some crb cleaner in the tube to clean it... u can spray some electrical contact cleaner in the map narrow tube...but i dont thing it will make any effect...it seldom goes bad...

well from factory it came with green color coolant...

once i tried caltex orange color coolant...didnt like it
