Token TAX, Income TAX, Advance TAX and Professional TAX on vehicle

Can someone please explain what is the deference between Token TAX, Income TAX, Advance TAX and Professional TAX imposed by the government on vehicle. I have 995 cc Passo registered in 2015 make is 10 and import is 14. Lahore number with lifetime taken TAX paid. What taxes should I expect in 19-20. I live in Islamabad.

The Vehicle tax aka token tax goes to provincial treasury - not adjustable ( you can pay LHR regn vehicle Token in RAWALPINDI as part of Punjab only - NOT IN Islamabad it is Capitol territory
The Withholding tax aka Income tax goes to Federal treasury - adjustable in annual tax return for filers only

Professional tax is not on vehicles it is for businesses only. (if there is any change SRO is yet to be issued )
