Too much confused between civic eagle eye 2006 vti oriel or civic reborn vti oriel

assalam o alaikum to all n i m gonna INSHALLAH buy my first car in the coming week and I am too much confused between these 2 cards ..

1. Honda Civic Eagle Shape 2006 model vti oriel
2. Honda civic reborn 2008 model vti oriel

I like the shape of reborn better but I have heard that tht drive and maintainence and other features of eagle shape are better and that was the best civic better than reborn ..

Please any experts guide me on it .. also civic hybrid was an option but some people told me to never go for it as it has speeding issues and wont go above 100km/h or issues with its battery are very common ..

So I really need some quick suggestions from the experts tht which civic I should go for? is the eagle shape VTI oriel really the best in performance and drive?

Price wont be much issue on all these 3 civics ..

8th Gen aka reborn FULLSTOP! Next yr same time u will be Thanking me for convincing me. WHY? We Pakistanis tend to not let go of old things n we're a little too satisfied with previous models. Next yr when the 9th gen will be 6 months into its launch people would be going crazy for the reborn peak demand will be there as the 9th gen has a cold response worldwide. The 06 eagle eyes would start losing its charm gradually.

The first thing I look in selection of car is its engine capacity I will never get confused between two completely different things , Please narrow your confusing zone

Bro we got Civic EXI Prosmatic (2006 Model) and Reborn Prosmatic (2010 Model)!!!!!

I have driven both of them in city and on long routes as well... Both are heavy on fuel... CNG on EXI still acceptable!!! but CNG on 1800cc engine is like ruining it or secrewing it ur yourself!!! Reborn is much better on looks and much better in handling on long routes!!!

My both the models are without ABS and they are fine, almost same as our GLI 2011 with ABS!!!

maintainence of both the model is quite heavy on pocket!

Reborn is the BEST.
But obviously any car with 1800CC engine will be heavy on pocket when it comes to maintenance. But you will enjoy the driving experience and comfort of Reborn then all these things will be ignored

8th gen as the fuel consumption of both are worse so bigger engine atleast gives better performance

No doubt 8th gen Civic is ahead in all sectors if compared with the previous gen.
I personally like 7th gen more than 8th gen but in the current scenario 8th gen would be a better choice.

Why is the 7th gen bad on fuel? I'm thinking of upgrading from my 6th gen to a 7th gen. My 6th gen is very good on fuel, especially CNG.

i recently bought reborn . had 2005 civic and 98 civic earlier . i find its ride quiet hard when driving through small road bumps or road cuts especially . is it really this hard as compared to older civics , changed tires (dunlop sp300) ride improved alot but still behaviour is same in bumps and cuts
