Best bank is where the manager or either cashier is your friend.
MCB sucks because you cannot transfer money online to MCB accounts, only MCB>MCB.

Ooh, not sure ... i misread. I have a MCB account, and it only allowed MCB >MCB transfers. I meant it allows MCB to other banks transfers now. Not sure if NON-MCB bank accounts can send money in. Havnt tried it!

using SCB account since 2010, no problem faced as yet. Good service!

SCB is bit expensive as I believe then it is not available in small cities and sure than ATM also not available there.

MCB service charges are abnormally high.
Bank Al Falah: They charge Rs. 100 just to activate your visa card for internet usage.
NBP: best to avoid; they give you 10 days for new check book. Hardly any ATMs.
HBL too much rush.
UBL not satisfied. But nobody else provides prepaid internet card.
Standard Chartered: generally too much rush. besides branches not available in small towns.
Bank Al Habib no problem. Very happy with their internet banking.
ABL pathetic service.
Once in a while hiccup is possible with any bank.

For online/ Internet banking services SCB hands down. I have used SCB, BI, UBL, DIB for internet banking and SCB takes the cake here for sure. For customer services, I'll rate BAHL the best. I do have a joint account in the bank and almost their every branch have got personnel who are willing to help customers. BI is good for their branches/ ATMs at least in KHI. I got at least 6 branches within 2-3KM radius of my house. Besides, branches are less crowded. UBL's branches behavior is sporadic. Some branches are way too pathetic, some are fine. My account, unluckily, falls into a pathetic one.

Which bank is most convenient for international wire transfers from Pakistan? I heard HBL charges $50 which is ridiculous.

Stay away from Silk bank, I have used DHA Z block branch lahore since 2007, really poor customers service, much deduction. I think Mehran bank is much batter.

NO meezan no meezan worst customer service. if you will once got into the web of problem you will never able to come out in case of this bank. My personal experience.
