My frinds told me this refill system use in my Europeon Countries its not Dagerous
what about safety issues.... moreover it will also consume electricity.... and filtration of gas is also an issue.

apparently it takes 4+ hours to fill the gas. The average power consumption is 800 Watts! So i guess both your electricity and gas bill will increase. Elctrcity is not cheap in Pakistan so I am not so sure whether this will be economical or not.
It is very safe and it has a built in dryer and filter.... economy is the only question mark here....

well for filling a 55 cylinder you will need abt 8 hours. all night filling.
