What type of question is this? Top speed isn't something fixed. It depends on lot of factors like:

1- Driver Skills
2- Load on engine
3- Fuel quality
4- Vehicle condition
5- Road condition
6- Direction of wind

No one can tell you the top speed of a car but can only share his experiance with the adition of spices. Those who claim to have touched 180+ with their abc car might actually have touched 160, hardly.

As per my driving 9.2 in city with ac and I have not tested it yet on highway. And fuel consumption is totally dependent on foot work and the maintenance of car
