Sorry to hear about your loss. It's been 5 years I have shifted to Lahore and never checked that autosports outlet although it's just 2kmsaway from my home.
I kept plenty of bikes since moved here couple of S1000, ZX10R KRT, YZF R1M, and a Ducati Panigale and always make direct deal with owners. Most of the bikes standing at showrooms are involved in major accidents or highly abuse by riders on tracks. Moreover that showroom owner is currently in AJK on a bike trip.

So here is the update, firstly john named guy is not the mechanic of torque motors and he is not the part of the scam. Secondly it’s Azeem dar who is the one scamming people. They lack mechanical skills and at the end I have got no reply from any members of torque. Azeem still want me to sell the bike. So I am selling my bike as there is no way to solution but selling it to someone who can take care of the bike.

For the John mechanic named guy everyone has created a fake image of that guy. I have never met him but after I met him I realised he’s not the one as people think of him. I am sorry to that guy for calling him as scammer as he is a real good biker and a mechanic with skills.

The dude who sold you the bike and went to australia. Were you able to let him know your situation ?

For broken cranks, usually just the actual crank pins need repair. Just replace the crank not the whole engine. Why did everyone suggest replacing the engine ?

Every part inside an engine is repairable. A good car mechanic can work on a motorcycle engine without issue. The engines are very similarly built in cars. They just don't rev as high as a motorcycle though.

I suggest joining a gsxr600 motorcycle forum and ask for advice on what is the symptom.

They can guide you on exactly what needs to be repaired. Or ask for a service manual and do the work yourself. It's super rewarding.

Exactly my thoughts, no matter how big the issue is the part itself is fraction of the cost and machine is back to it's working order. By these standards tarbela dam needs to be shut down and replaced every week.

A broken crankshaft almost 100% also fractures the crankcase, which renders the engine scrap.

Line boring a motorcycle crankcase after welding is futile too as there are almost no undersize mains sold for these engines.

The issue is that people buy these and bounce them off the limiter and push them to limits as if they have a race team on standby to install a new engine right in the pitstop.

For a street bike, these engines are pretty robust and are meant to be revved high, unless you abuse it enough times that it has stress fractures and becomes weak over time.

There is no way a broken crank and crank case can't be fixed, hardly anything goes to waste - just the other day I saw someone welded one back together after turning it on a lathe and it was installed back in the truck. My turner can fix almost anything to a T all he needs is high spectacles and a dial caliper!

You weld a crank that spins to 14000 rpm and bounce it off the limiter, ill get the popcorn and beach chair

Welds are stronger than the material itself, I'm not advocating for such repairs just to make things clear - but since we're a poor country there are alternative ways to fix things and these job-shop style markets adjacent to scrapyards thrive on that kind of work.

If you need a part made of some 1930's Jeep you go there with some ingots or bar stock and two days later you have the exact same part in your hands that costs hundreds of dollars just in shipping cost.

I think in Gujranwala they have the newer Doosan CNC' milling centers and 5-axis they can even make you a new crank if you can convince them enough.

And ofc nobody is going to put a welded crank in a sports bike that would be silly but i'm not talking about sports bike - the one i saw was for a long haul diesel truck.

Diesel truck crank has a low speed rotation and a lot of mass to make a key and driver type repair, its easier to balance too and some diesels even have bolt on counterweights (larger ones) - small cranks are a whole different game of chess.

And yes the weld itself will be strong but the material being welded will suffer a change in nature - this is why you see a heavy truck axle repair break next to the first repair. The first repair will be sitting nice n solid smiling at you. Best to buy a whole new axle.

And of course you can have a babbit poured to make a bearing because new isnt available etc, but you need a control specification first, e.g. hand poured babbit vs 3 layer bearing are not the same even if you get the clearance right.
