It seems that you bought a sports bike assuming you can get fully dealer trained service and googled yourself into a pit. Never get into a deal where you have a machine with no spare parts available in your area/country, unless you yourself have super deep pockets or are your own mechanic labour.
When dealing with machinery (vehicles), never fall for words like “malai hai” “solad hai” A1 jenyann hai etc etc
Ask for empirical evidence for the fault.
Btw, you never mentioned, what you were doing with the motorcycle, like what oil was in it, its last service, what was the temperature, were you pulling wheelies? Was the check lamp on? Etc etc
It makes for a better case to get all ducks in a row first.
