Hello guys i have honda city 1.3 manual 2016 25 k driven throughout with oil change from honda . As today was sunday and honda showroom off . So i changed oil from filter house that was Total quartz 9000 5w 30
I want to ask is it was my wise decision or should i opted for shell helix(neela dabba). Whatss your openion about total quartz 9000 5w 30

Total 5w-30 is very good its fully synthetic.

Total Quartz 9000 5w-30, API SN, Fully Synthetic engine oil is the most suitable oil grade and best value for money for your car.

For sure it was a wise decision, if the oil has been 100% genuine and original. Stick to this oil grade and brand from now on.

Blue colored Shell 5w-30 is semi synthetic ( https://www.shell.com.pk/motorists/oils-lubricants/helix-for-cars/helix-semi-synthetic/shell-helix-hx7-5w-30.html ), it may be avoided when better choice and option in the form of Total Quartz 9000 5w-30 is available.

Honda 5w30 oil is actually a repacked Total Quartz 5w30 so you basically added the same oil Honda would have put in.

I use it myself. There's nothing actually wrong with shell 5w-30 apart from then fact that it's semi synthetic. If you want to use shell, then remember to change the oil after every 3000 km. If you don't want to use total then you you can also use zic but I mean zic 0w-30 costs 3600 rupees and for that amount of money you can get Moly green 5w-30. Total is a great package overall all. Btw, do you like to drive at high RPMS?

And my another Question is that they poured full 4L with Oil filter replacement but Honda packing comes witb 3.7 L. Its almost 300ml poured extra, Does it harm engine seals?????

Pour 3.7liters only.. Don't use 4l.

I changed first oil of my AGS Cultus on 2000 kms then I tried Havoline formula .Now I want to try Total 5w30 oil...How many kms a car can b derived with this oil ?

Your AGS Cultus can be easily driven on Total 5w-30 Fully Synthetic for up to 5,000 Kms / 06 months (whichever comes 1st)

Sindh autos Owner advised me to use kixx 5w30.I bought this oil kixx5w30..He told me that this is Korian oil..I have poured this oil..Hope this will prove to b better for my AGS Cultus which is 2019 model has droven only 6 thousands kms.
