I am back after quite a while. I was busy in my daily routine however I took some time out and went to Kumrat Valley this Late June 2019 with two of my college friends. The pictures and details are as under.
If you require any further information regarding the Valley or anything else, I am at your service.
Car: My love Toyota Corolla GLI 2011
Main Route: Lahore > M2 > M1 > Swat Motorway > Chakdara > Chukyaatan > Timargarah > Thal > Kumrat valley > JaazBanda > Lahore
Dates: Departure from Lahore, Wednesday 26th June @ 11:00 pm - Arrival at Lahore (Home) Sunday 30th June @ 12:00 am in the night
Main Kaaristaaniyaan: Lahore to Thal - 27th June - booked jeep (4x4) till Kumrat Glassier (The last point where the 4x4 takes you - after that 11 number I mean Paidal march till Dojanga > Slept in a tin pod ... due to journey from Lahore and tiredness didn't do much on 27th
28th June - Breakfast at Kumrat - visit to Kumrat Aabshaar (Pics are attached) - visit to Kaalaa Chashma - visit to Glassier (Local says it is glassier however it was all water stream and glassier was already melt but 4x4 couldn't cross due to big & heavy stones) - visit to half of the Dojanga > Came back to Thal > Night stayed at Thal
29th June - Breakfast at Thal > Booked 4x4 fot Jaazbaanda - 4x4 takes you till TakiBaanda (After a lot of behas and takraar with driver as road is steep and drivers don't go till takibaanda - however we convinced the driver to take us till Takibaanda) > 4x4 dropped us at TakiBanda > 3 to 3.5 hours trekking depending upon your fitness, hiking and mountain climbing till Jaazbanda > Attempted the Jaazbanda Aabshaar late evening but due to heavy rain returned to pod > Night stay at Jazbanda
30th June - Planned to go to Katoura Lake but couldn't attempt due to some health issues of the friend (Next time insha Allah) - hiked back to TakiBaanda - took 4x4 till Thal - Rode back to Lahore in my Corolla - Reached home at 12:00 mid night
