Tourists situation in August?

Salam. I need to know how much croud travels in August to northern areas?

I want to enjoy vacation in Naran and Hunza with my wife and my mother and I will be driving my car throughout from Karachi, but want to avoid lot of croud which happens to visit in june/july during school holidays.

I was planning to make the trip between 6th to 16th august but I can delay further 7 or 8 days if croud becomes less on that days.

What experts suggest?

The rush will start to decrease in August. However if you plan after August 14 ( summer vocations will be over) it will be very peaceful and less crowded

Better to delay it by 10 days.. Start from 16 17 August and you will love peaceful environment over there !

what about the landsliding? in august is it feasible to travel to northern areas? what about rainy weather? and also please throw light whats the basic difference in may,June,July and then august? i am talking about rain,fruits,greenery, temperature and humidity.

Landslides to kabhi bhi hojati hain boss August is a better time to travel. Rush kam hota ha..han fruits ka season June July ha greenery apko august men bhi mile g. 14th august k baad jana kunke un holidays men boht se log travel krenge

Thanks for the info. I will delay it for a week and now am planning to leave Karachi on 12th Aug early morning.

Now my aim is to stay at multan 1st night. Then will it be feasible to reach Naran from Multan in a day? considering I be the only driver? Please note I have drove from Bahawalpur to Murree last year, but have no idea abour Naran road condition and distance.

How long will be the drive from Naran to Hunza via babusar top and some sight seeing?

Bro Multan to Naran is 14 hours non-stop, with stops it will take you 16 hours at least.. It is better to stay in Pindi for night..
Also it is not going to be easy driving from Karachi to Multan in one day..
It would be better for you to stay somewhere around Sadiqabad for 1st night, then Sadiqabad to Pindi for 2nd night.. 3rd day travel to Naran from Pindi..
This way you will reach Naran on evening of 14th August and you can get room for low charges as people would be leaving Naran on this day..

Kailash is rite. Multan Naran is a very long stretch. apne ap ko abhi se thaka lenge to agai mushkil ho g. Naran Hunza will take around 8-10 hrs

Thanks for replying. Last year in February, I drove from Karachi to Bahawlpur in one day with longer stays in between, So now I believe I can easily drive Karachi to multan before 1st night stay. Is it good idea to reach Abbottabad for 2nd night stay instead of Naran? Coz I guess from Multan to Abbottabad would be easy to reach. What do you suggest?

Yes instead of Rawalpindi, you can go upto Abbotabbad on 2nd day, Multan to Abbotabbad or even Mansehra can be covered in one day..
