This particular tin pack oil is mineral.
Have never heard or seen yet SL grade oil in synthetic series and also in 10/30 viscosity.
Moreover, if you carefully check the manufacturing date on the oil bottle, its production date must be of 2010 or 2011.
Or let me say these oils are not more use in Japan. Hence they sent to Pak.
Couple of days back a gentleman came to us with brand new Altis and asked to pour this 10/30 oil. Exactly same as in above picture. Now, we were running out of stock for that oil and gave him couple of good suggestions to use like 5/30 or 5/40. But his reaction was absurd. He said he only want to stick with Toyota's oil and (we) don't try to offer him 'this or that oils'. We were shocked.
Then we offered him Toyota's 10/30 oil in Bottle (which is made in Pak by MAL). But he very rudely said "NO". He only want to stick with Toyota's Japani oil, and left the shop.
OMG, who is there to tell this gentleman that company even recommends 5/30 oil for these new Toyota cars and most of the available oils in 5/30 are synthetic or partially synthetic. While 10/30 SL is purely mineral and for older Toyota cars. But who bothers to know !!!!
(For ILSAC GF-5 Standard is the latest one and yes it makes difference).
