Aoa Everyone,

So I am looking forward to possibly buying a RX-8 for myself )you can say its my first sports car lol). I just needed information on the engine swap everyone talks about. The questions I have are inline below:
1. Which is better overall?
2. What's the price these 2 engines fall in?
3. Which is more fuel efficient? I know its a weird ask but would love to know this
4. What is the maintenance like?

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Please buy a car which is already been swapped not a clean one with rotary engine.

1uzfe or 3uzfe triptronic is best swap for it. A big no for 3sfe or 1gfe in Rx8.

2GR can also be considered.
V8 gives you around 7-9kmpl local.
2gr can pull almost the same or slightly better eco.

Parts of v8 and 2GR are available.

Uz falls in a 13-15lac swap
GR falls in 9-10lac swap

do you guys make the body electronics / speedometer etc work with the toyota swap?

Yes. The body electronics functions with its own ecu. And rest cluster signals need to be made for Toyota system. Rest everything is functional even abs etc
