as i said it can be don't but you need alot more details of how 1zzfe ecu is dealing with signals. at certain speed there's certain frequency. you need to know about it.

Check out Dakota Digital SGI-100BT. They are used in honda k swaps. I had installed on in my friends car.
Early k series got high frequency vss while older honda engines got low frequency. So in order to make it old tachometer work people use these converters. Although that is my kind of thing i rather make one myself .

Not at all. That's what i do these days​
You can use a simple arduino to do that.
By using Pulseln function arduino can read pwm signal. Then you can use analogwrite function to manipulate your desire signals. And arduino have different frequency option.
Note arduino is a micro controller.

I think i will make speedometer work first, and tgen connect its spd signal wire to the ecu of 1zz, its old Premio Speedometer installed in my carina e, so think there is chance

yep better option. although car will not work right without vss means ecu needs abs signal to shift gears at right time

Brother, what happens if we got an engine with immobilizer? Is it difficult to bypass it?

Yes. But depends upon the management system.
There are devices available which can de-immobilise. If you want go do it yourself. You need an oscilloscope. And a running setup to see what can signals immobilizer unit is sending then you can send same signals and make it work. Not easy though.

Updates:
So far, i have wired the Ecu with MAF, shift switch points PRND , and electronic throttle, the engine starts fine , idles at around 1100RPM, but it only revs upto 3000 RPM, on idle at P and also when on D, i cud not take it past 3k RPM, i think its in LIMP mode or safe mode,
My spd connection from Cluster meter to ECU is still pending, as i have to make a circuit to convert wheel speed sensor pulse to square wave pulse as in the case of old VSS,
I think this connection of SPD to ecu is needed to get the engine shift and rev properly,
Experts please guide me through here.
