Yes as i said vss is very important.
Shifting is basically work in close loop with vss.
No vss signal means ecu is blind to shift.
You can use any hall effect sensor to make it work but point will be that where you will mount it.

Is your engine ECU the type which actually has a VSS pin? - if the ECU is from a later car that had ABS, it would have a twisted pair for the bus lines which carry data from the ABS, gauges etc.

If your engine is the metal intake 1ZZ from a 98 corolla etc, then it would be the old type as those ones had split lines for the VSS and ABS etc, the later ones had two separate kinds of ECUs, one with bussed VSS data and one with a direct pin for VSS input. (depending on the car if it was equipped with ABS or not)

Car engine 1zzfe still not able to go past 3k rpm, still runs in safe mode. I have attached signal from ABS Wheel speed sensor to ECU spd pin, still it does not solve anything, engine is from a 2007 or 8 TOYOTA WISH, which doesnot have VSS.
I tried manipulating signal too, but problem is something else.
Can anyone give me a clue how to disable Engine RPM Cutoff function?

Check other sensors as well.
Better to scan it with an obd2 device.
Vss doesn't work like that. Are you sure the signals you manipulated have same frequency to speed ratio as required by ecu?
You have to test a running 1zzfe with an oscilloscope.

Update:
It was the faulty MAF, Replaced it and engine revs like a charm upto 6.7k ( standard for 1zzfe)
Old Carina speedometer is not working other guages like Tacho, fuel, etc are ok. Will resolve it soon.
Yes i checked it in oscilloscope, signal seemed fine, i routed it to work for tacho n it was working faster but atleast it worked, the speedo hvnot worked yet.

Took 3 days to figure it out, i was busy in other stuff too. But thanks to Allah almighty, finally it is becoming a fine Carina.

Also share the picture of converter you made.
Have you scanned it? That will help to clear many issues.

I told you before, i am not an electrical / electronicengineer, my circuits are made in a very non professional way, Lol, Inshalla will share picture in the morning, i have not made frequency Divider or multiplier circuit yet, made it to Amplify/ rectify AC wave to square wave.

I think the OD wiring is not attached yet. Maybe thats the problem, the transmission has a 10 pins solenoid control grip( other 1zzfe has only 9 pins) maybe this one has the +/- ( D/S) type shifts. Have to get in details also need experts opinions and suggestions.

Sure, i got wiring diagrams, but in russian, will figure out whats missing, any idea of an OBDII ? I still got to hook DLC 3 to the wiring harness. ABS is not working yet

So far the issue is, 1zzfe is not shifting properly, speedometer is not working, transmission control is not properly wired, ABS is not working.

Elm327 works on toyota. You can try that.
Insha ALLAH will be sorted out.
Abs is an issue. Did you got the wiring pinouts of your abs ecu?

abs ecu pinout is not yet found....
Have you tried ELM327 ? Results?

Used it on friends suzuki cultus. It's a nice and cheap obd2 tool.
If you can remove the abs ecu cover check the pcb. In old toyota's pinouts were written in pcb.

Yes it will work
But you have to add some strings in Torque Pro.
I am using this one:

And it does work on my previous pkdm 3ZZ-fe and also on 1NZ-FE

New issue arising, EFi relay ( delivering power to All sensors and Ecu) and Ignition relay are getting so hot. I cant understand the reason, there is no short in the circuit, i used 30A for IGt relay and 20A for ecu, but why is it getting hot.
Also transmission does not engage to 4th shift, i tried to attack Shift control, shift up and shift down with buttons, but it does not work at all
