Sure, its night time now, will post pictures aswell. It took 5 Neo Magnets for an Accurate( checked and compared to GPS) speed signal for ecu. Mashalla car runs fine like cream, and cruises well on 4th gear. I hope it is as economical as it feels.
The best thing about it the tip tronic works really good.
If you floor the padel say at 75km/h the ecu kicks down to 3rd and then the VVTi kicks in the engine revs upto 6500 RPM and you feel like dug in deep in seats ....haha what a feel of acceleration.
I am very happy ..Alhamadulellah
Next up is, installation of tiptronic gear shifter and instrument cluster

Aoa, the stick shifter for tiptronic is installed. The car originally has Older analogue guage cluster from a Premio 1997, i want to replace it with Premio 2012 cluster that came with a 1zzfe engine,
Anyone who has done the guage cluster swap? The ECU uses MPX system and i got a meter cluster with same MPX ( not CAN) system. I have tested it with all the wiring attached but the cluster does not work. I mean the Tacho Speedo temp etc, it just turns on but guages dont work. What am i missing here

Mashalla the car is running fine, it cruises at 100@ 2200 RPM and 120 @ 2500, acceleration after 100kmh is same as in small cars for 0 to 60, really good fuel average aswell, it gave me 14- 15 km in city and highway mix with 5 passengers ( Busy traffic and Mulvis blocking roads) really good experience

So far Guages and instrument cluster is all working fine, cudnt make 2012 cluster work so sticking to the older one for now,

Aslamualaikum, i Thought i should give an update to the forum, everything related to 1zzfe swap is very nice, Mashalla, i am getting a fuel mileage of 17km per liter on long, and for a Murree ( hilly areas mixed) i got 14.62km/L thats is really great by my expectations. Car accelerates like anything. I have also tested full meter and 180kmh the ECU cuts automatically ( speed limiter).
The only problem i am facing is AC compressor that came with engine, does not perform upto the mark. Also the Engine does not increase RPM when i turn on AC, how to fix that problem....? I need experts advice.

Did you installed AC amplifier with it?
It should increase the rpm itself. The AC amplifier should send the signal to ecu to increase the rpm.
Ecu doesn't know that ac turns on.

You sure? Because it will not work without amplifier.
Compressor needs a pwm signal to change the compression as required. It controls everything related to ac and communicated with ecu through can bus.
