i spend hours in diesel lab junk to find the exact size shim ,,,,,,,, ustad there gave me more then 2 dozens shims , i measure each and every shim and then short list 4 shims out of them ,,,,,, i return him the remaining by saying ,,, save them in some secure place as you might need them later ,,,,,,, he said by throwing them away in junk , we never need them ,,,,, we adjust pressure by spring ,,,,,,, "spring ko tarh day kar pressure adjust karta haan" ,,,,,,,,,
i have just checked some old pic ,,,, and came to know that the older nozzles have been fitted in march 2018 ,,,,2 of them fail in 1.5 year after covering less then 5000km ,,,,,,, all because of such jughars ,,,,,,
these are the reasons why you rarely see any diesel engine in tip top condition ,,,,,nozzles are easy and simple to handle ,,,,, there are tons of complications in diesel injector pump,,,,, i am bet sure any pump adjusted by these ustands will be screwed forever ,,,,,,
