ok so engine is back from machine shop and yesterday all day spend at machine shop ,,,,,, buy few more parts ,,,,,,, glow plugs , cam shaft bearings which i before forget ,,,,,,,, also replace the head gasket and get a batter one ,,,,, the same which was fitted previously, i have fitted it almost a year before and during that period engine heats up 2 times because of coolant pipe leakage and still this gas kit survive ,,,,,, so i though batter use that same brand ,,,,,,,,

clean all the oil passageways ,,,,,, there are lot more in head and cylinder block ,,,,,,, will clean all of them before final assembling,,,,,

these after market head gaskits have some holes too small or totally covered ,,,,,,, its always batter to drill them or make them bigger so that coolant can flow easily ,,,,,, this will improve the engine cooling system ,,,,,,,, i will use a mini bit grinder to grind off the gaskit ,,,,,,,,

lot of parts are missing ,,,,,,, dowels pins , without them is impossible to hold the head gasket in place ,,,,,,,, dozens of nut bolts ,,,,,,,, and many more ,,,,,,,, today will source all the parts ,,,,,,,,, and tomorrow will do the final cleaning of each and every part ,,,,,,,still waiting for the engine enamel , hope so it will arrive in a day ,,,,,i have ordered it from daraz,,,,,,,,,, plastigage will get today , thanks to capsat for that ,,,,,,

i plan to use these valve seals ,,,,, previous one inshape of cups were not of good quality ,,,,,,

this bolt is of valve cover ,,,,,,, 1 out of 3 was missing and it cost me 300 PKR ,,,,,,,

add a fan thermo switch in thermostat housing ,,,,,,, as i am using 2 electric fans with radiator ,,,,,,, its batter add a auto switch at this time ,,,,,,,,,

drill a hole with step drill bit ,,,,hand tap it ,,,,,,, thats it ,,,,,,,
