Toyota 4GRFE Mark X V6 2.5 liter D4 engine swap help needed

Aslamualaikum fellow Pakwheels, its been a while, we have started a project RV or rather a Luxury Van, Converting Mercedes Sprinter Van into a recreational Vehicle. So far we have Swapped a v6 engine in it. 4GRFe direct injection engine, problem is all wiring connected but the immobilizer does not let it start. It started for the first time very normal, then it just stalls after started, ( i faced same problem in my corrola with Gearbox swap) it is the problem with Eeprom 93c86 chip in ecu. We have to means to read chage or write it. An attempt from Chah Sultan ECU Computer expert has already already failed. So any help from experts of these swaps will be much appreciated.

immobilizer is configured / synced with the car key. if the original FOB is not available ECU will never perform BITE cycle and engine will not start. It may cough burp misfire but never a regular start to pull vehicle.

you have two choices, source the key, or find someone with a AUTOMOBILE COMPUTER to bypass the immobilizer function and disable it permanently. One time flash is not a solution, at any given time the problem can resurface and render the vehicle as 2 ton scrap on road.

Thank you so much for valuable input, i am looking for a permanent solution, disable immo permanently, finding a key or Immobilizer for the same engine is next to impossible for me. I think if i can replace 93c86 chip with non Immobilizer eeprom will work for us. So any help regarding that is really appreciated.

There are obd2 tools which can extract the oem map and reload it. One can disable immobilizer in new map. Map will be in binary a separate software needed to open it up in readable form.
But in your car it's the eeprom so you need to desolder it. You can use Ktag.
Whereas as you said swapping ecu is also a good option.

No need sir.
I'm talking about kess and ktag.
Kess connects using obd2 tool while ktag connected direct to ecu main board. Bunch of videos disabling german immobilizers using ktag.

Aslamualaikum, i jave made a reader writer circuit for eeprom, Alhamdulellah the ecm eeprom is totally readable now. But the engine does not start. I tried an eeprom file for Lexus 300 2GRFSE engine but it did not work. Engine starts and ecm turns it after after couple of seconds. The indicator Lamp for engine Faults showing all sorts of crazy errors like 31, 38, 51, 77, 89,102.
I dont think this many errors are possible, my OBD2 connection is not working and doesnot connect with an ELM 327 to show fault codes. I need
1- eeprom file for 4GRFSE eeprom immo off
Also i need
2- wiring diagram to connect ecm with OBD2
So if anyone could help me witj that...?

Naah you have to write the whole map code again which is damn hard l.

Find ktagg data files on Chinese platform or else purchase it locally but it would be expensive
