5w30 or 5w50 is fine for Corolla... First oil change at 5000kms
Use 5w30 for vvti engines.
a brand new car comes with a user manual. cross check the maintenance section and use the thinnest of engine oil recommended in the table. 5W-30 is all season engine oil for Pakistan, unless you are living somewhere in sub-zero conditions.
