Toyota Altis 1.6X android headunit Software Update

Hi everyone.
I wanted to ask if anyone has tried updating the android version of alpine head unit that comes with toyota altis 1.6X.
company supplied version is android 8 and it does not update from settings.

If anyone has, please let me know

these are local assembled.forgot the name
i remember my uncle had an issue and he called the UAN
someone did come over and did some software fix

Automate (Pacific International) is the company that produces these headunits in Karachi. I don't even know why it has the alpine logo. Indus really minting money by giving these low quality android units in these cars

My dad's 1995 Khyber had an automate, so Pacific Intl. is the one minting real money from this.

I think they are just selling the old alpine units under their name. Maybe they are authorized to do so, not sure. However, does anyone know any external shop that can update its android system?

Zubair, hello! A custom firmware update or a manual USB update is likely required; consult the XDA forums or contact Alpine support. Has anyone here used the Altis 1.6X to try it?
