Try to accelerate slowly till 20 km/h, or on first gear.
During stop and go traffic, keep the transmission on neutral as it prevents stress.
Use Shell V-Power ones. It will clean the fuel system.
If it doesn't work, check the air filter and spark plugs. Clean, or replace them if necessary.
Use full synthetic oil. Change it every 10,000 km, or 1 year whichever comes first.
Change the transmission fluid if necessary
Also, check for tires and fill them up at recommend pressure (sticker at driver side entrance).
Get a good quality pressure gauge as fuel station ones are unlikely accurate (according to my experience).
If necessary, disconnect the negative terminal of the battery (try not to contact any metal parts).
Turn on the lights and wait for 5 min. Turn it off and connect it back. This may reset its performance.
