Hey everyone? I need to discuss something with you that one of my uncle got his Altis 1.6 into an accident. Car was only driven for 1200kms on odometer and didn't get enough time to get the car registered. It was a front main accidental car so he has replaced the bonnet and roof (by cutting pillars) and repaired the car as per genuine condition. He has done his some strong efforts on it so I didn't have faced any malfunctions except few minor ones.
So, uncle has offered me to replace his Toyota Altis 1.6 2020 with my Honda City 2016 Prosmatec genuine (only bumpers sprayed) and pay him the differential by paying off 4lacs on it. So, he considered my car's value for 21lacs and differential is 4lacs. So, his Altis 2020 gonna cost me in 25.50lacs. I need to know is it worth to buy in this price with this condition. However, I understand these type of cars are hard to sell out in future but how much this could loses it value in 2years.
I have taken the car for several dealerships and they have inspect the car and suggested me to adopt the car as the car has been redone in excellent condition. Everyone asked me that he must have spend over 5lacs to get the car back in life. So, hopefully you can understand the condition now well. I have taken the car to CarFirst but he told me as car is unregistered so we can't offer any official quotation. But, the car actually worth to buying in 28-30lacs. So, I'm completely confused. Do let me know guys?
