Toyota AQUA 2014 - Low mileage after engine oil change

I got AQUA 2014 in Feb 2018 which was imported from Japan just a month ago (i.e. Jan 2018). At that time, the total mileage of this car was around 20,000 km. After getting the car, I checked the quality of engine oil & it seemed good so I didn't replace it. My car was giving me average of 22 km/l within Islamabad whereas around 27 km/l on GT Road. After driving my car around 5,000 km, I changed the engine oil & filter. Before that, I checked the manual of AQUA which recommended the engine oil 0W 20 specification. I got LIQUI MOLY engine oil of this specification from their authorized outlet located in I-8 Markaz and got it replaced with the existing oil.

After this change, the average of my car got reduced around 3 to 4 km/l within city and 4 to 5 km/l on GT Road. Nothing else has been changed and I am worried why the car average is dropped despite the fact that I used the recommended engine oil. Any ideas how to recover my car average back?

The change in temperature has effected the performance of HV battery
Above 40c the battery performance reduces to almost null
My aqua 2014 was giving 25- 26km /l in Jan to apr
It started reducing to 19-20 from mid Apr till date

I used to have self imported aqua 2012 . I used honda 0w20 fully synthetic oil (rs 3000 aprox) . The car gives me around 23-25 in city and a bit lesser on long. Even when the batteries died (around 3 lac kms ) it gives around 15-17 in city. I never ever let anyone touch the engine other than changing oil and both filters .
1- It is not possible that an aqua can give around 4km/l . Buy a obd2 scanner and scan and reset your ecu.
2- Calculate fuel consumption manually

Dear Ahmed @mohammed_ahmed , thanks for your response. Just to elaborate - at present the mileage of my car is 18 to 19 km/l within Islamabad whereas 21 to 22 km/l on GT Road.

@mushiallover Just to confirm that the average of my AQUA is reverted back. Now, it is giving my around 25-26km/L within city. Nothing has changed in my car since I reported this question except the weather. So cold weather has improved the average. Thank you for your earlier response.
