Your car must have the collision detection hence the auto braking but it shouldn't turn on these warning lights. Get it scanned to get the error codes.

How to turn off collision detection. Because im having parking sensors in front and back of sensor

May be, some member(s) be able to guide you.

I think, some mechanism / buttons will definitely be there to disable this feature, however, honestly, I would not suggest to disable any / all safety & security features.

Aqua has these button behind the gear shift lever i believe, instead of on the dashboard

In case of my Vitz 2015 model, 02 buttons are near instrument cluster / dashboard, and 02 are near hand brake / gear lever.

These features (collision detection, lane assistance, some other features) can also be turned ON/OFF via LCD installed in your car, my car also don't have this buttons but in LCD it gives me option to turn ON/OFF these features. share the model OR picture of your LCD may be i can guide you how to do it if its similar to my car
