In case of my Vitz 2015 model, 02 buttons are near instrument cluster / dashboard, and 02 are near hand brake / gear lever.

These features (collision detection, lane assistance, some other features) can also be turned ON/OFF via LCD installed in your car, my car also don't have this buttons but in LCD it gives me option to turn ON/OFF these features. share the model OR picture of your LCD may be i can guide you how to do it if its similar to my car

All Japaneses LCD unit are in Japanese, translate it using following app and search for options to turn ON/OFF features

I have same model and same LCD, so you have to turn these features ON/OFF via LCD, or you can just visit any Toyota 3S dealership they will reset these codes via computer.

Bro, you can easily read the Japanese in the LCD through Google Translator “Camera” it gives you live meaning of words. Try it. Install the app and open your LCD then focus your phone’s camera on to LCD it will translate everything. Easy.
