One point I would like to add is that the typical method used to identify weak cells is by connecting a bulb to each module of battery pack turn by turn. This is a crude method as the current draw is only around 8amperes in this case while the current draw in the vehicle goes as high as 50amps. The weak cells may not be "caught" using the bulb method. Also the temperature of the pack plays a important role. The correct diagnosis approach is beyond the level of our desi ustads.
