Toyota Aqua hybrid Battery Pack issue

So i bought a custom cleared toyota aqua 2011 from auction a week ago! Its 107132km driven but the metre seems to be stuck at it! I drove it for few days and it was really smooth and going well until three days back when a sign appeared with a car and a exclamation mark on it! I researched and got to know it was something related to battery! A day after few more signs including check engine, antislip, abs and same sign appeared. I got it checked and the electrician after connecting it to some sort of device showed me the errors and cleared them afterwards! Next day those signs again appeared and i again got them checked and the electrician told me to replace my hybrid battery pack! Here are some pictures

Kindly now tell me the solution 4 cells are working under 14v, would changing them help or whole of the pack needs to be changed keeping in mind its around 1 lac! Is there anyother solution

If you want to keep the car for long time in domestic use better change it for once and drive it peace of mind instead of visiting workshops frequently costing you time and money

if you are in Karachi there is a Crook thug calls himself Hybrid Ustaad in DHA 2 automobile black market he charge RS. 4000 per cell stick and provide warranty for 45 days.

you need to be present and witness the change of sticks and claim your item back from him if you are ready to take the risk

If you are in Lahore then I can suggest you a professional guy. Any battery around 1 lac wouldn't be a good one. I would suggest you to buy a latest years manufactured one like 2017/2018 or 2019.

Avg good voltage is 15.6 Volts of each block so your battery is more than gone changing one or two cells wont make a difference
Better to get a complete battery pack replaced

So what you are suggesting is to change battery with a newer model? Can you tell me how much would it cost me?

Sorry for being late here since I was travelling. It's always best to opt for newer model. Traction/Hybird battery's shelf life is at max 10 years if stored in best conditions. So, if you get older model then it would be less efficient as compare to new one. The newer one would cost around 180k to 200k with around 1 year+ warranty.
