30 is not really unrealistic, Ive beenable to achive as mcuh as 27km/l personally But for that u need a long road with no speed breakers and u have to maintain stale speed of around 40-80kmh Obviously that cant be achieved in pakistan beacuase of rough traffic conditions.more or less u get it around 16-23kml depending on our fuel and air too
