Toyota Aqua Millage issue

Salam All
I have Toyota Aqua Model 2014, Millage 32000 Km, since Oct-16, (almost 7 months)
the fuel average was 20-21 KM/L till 15th May 2017
But for last 3-4 weeks the fuel average is dramatically drooped, and now the car is giving 14-15 KM/L
I am really surprised as i changed nothing

Really thankful if any one can help ?
any one know any good mechanic of Hybrid cars in Rawalpindi/Islamabad

most of the people getting the same complaints rectified the issue by cleaning the fan filter placed with batteries under the back seat ... check it and clean it if it is dirty

time to change engine oil, engine oil filter and perfect interior cleaning around battery bank area.
check for tyre pressure must be 30 psi in all 4. top up fuel tank from reliable fuel dispenser

You should replace/clean air filter & spark plugs.

Check Catalytic Converter. Maybe it needs cleaning.

brother I mean. I haven't changed any brand etc,
I regularly changed my Oil, oil filter, and air filter, since i purchased the car,
even then I am facing this problem of millage

If after cleaning problem not solved then this is not an issue becuse the ecu prevents hybrid batteries from exceeding temperature limit and shift to engine mode instead of ev even in low speed but in high speed a it perform well

Umair i would like to have a review of toyota aqua from you as an owner. I planning to buy in 6 months replacing my Move custom. Do address the issue of ground clearance as well.

Even after cleaning fan filter Issue is still there, the millage is 16.5K/L
any other suggestion ?

Its a Good car If u wnna save Fuel, without Ac It will give u 21Km/L, with ac 16Km/L
its comfortable, compact, have good road grip
But leg space of rare seats is really not good, so if u have a small family then OK , (like 3 adults and 2kids, or 4 Adults)
Road clearance is an issue, But i resolved this issue by putting spacers above shocks, it cost me 3000, after that rood clearance is very good now
Over all car is a very good car

I have aqua 2014 recently imported, i am using total quartz 9000 5W30 and i have done complete tuning of my car but it still gives me not more than16km/l with light foot and Ac turned On.

Is there any difference between the AVG mileage shown on ODO and manually calculating the mileage after full tank been consumed?

There can be a difference.... as with me my car shows 17 but on actual it does 20 and i do a lot of idling with ac on all the time..... it get disturbs on idling i guess or on short trips....

Yeah thats the point which i was thinking abt that the car avg dont show the amount of time when we are idling our car and in hybrid cars the engine is mostly turned off that time and saving fuel. I will do check it as u told.
